CERTIFICATIONS
It is this commitment that has earned us the FSC (Forest
Stewardship Council) and V-Legal (Indonesian Legal Wood)
accreditation. These certifications demonstrate our strong
dedication not only to producing high quality and durable
products, but also to protecting the environment.
V-Legal certification represents Otazen’s vision to support
the Indonesian government in forest management and the
eradication of illegal logging and trade in Indonesia’s forests.
Otazen also holds the FSC Chain of Custody certification,
which proves that the product can be traced from an FSC
certified forest all the way through to the end customer.
Thanks to this traceability, we know which teak plantation the
product comes from and the age of the trees, from sourcing
to distribution.
